Processing of Symbolsets Symbols can be generated, inspected with the preview function an edited via the graphical user interface. |

Processing of SLD Besides mapfiles it will be possible to generate and edit user-defined symbols as styled layer descriptors as standardised by the Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC). MapStorer will become an universal tool, that can be used on the client-side to provide thematic maps as well as for the configuration of the basic map service. |

May 2005 With the first release 0.3 alpha MapStorer is made available for download on SourceForge on May 27th 2005. |
